In this highly competitive world, everyone wants to win either by hook or crook. This cosmos seems to be a battlefield in which everyone is fighting for success. Today, failure is treated as a shame. More than celebrating someone's success, people are ready to humiliate a person on his failure. Someone's breakdown is a joy for others. Here, the question is failures are friends or enemies. Well, it all depends on attitude. If people treat failures positively, then these defeats come out to be their buddies. Similarly, if a person becomes anxious, depressed, and negative after getting failed, in this case, failures become the worst enemy.

All humans have a heart as the most sensitive organ of the body. Failure is like an arrow that passes through the organ and injures it. However, the brain is considered the utmost complex organ and the king of the human body. It is important to follow your brain and heart together.

  1. When failure becomes an enemy :

Failure is still a taboo in society. Humans who have faced failures are called losers. Some people take this humiliation very seriously and fall into a dark trap of depression. They cut off ties with people around them and isolate themselves because they won’t be able to face the wicked laughter of society. The situation further leads to two different scenarios.

i) Heart Pain > Brain Power = Self underestimation

Self underestimation can never be the solution to the problem. Here, due to the constant struggle with defeat, people start criticizing themselves. They always compare them to others and become pessimistic. Everyone in the world is unique, when humans realize their uniqueness, only then they emerge out to be a real winner.

ii) Heart Pain < Brain Power = Revenge

Revenge is a weapon of weak. However, there are a small set of people who believe in taking revenge. The feeling of revenge usually comes from jealously. For example, in a competition, there may be few participants who are envious of the winner and leave no stone unturned in insulting the title holder in public. These type of people never succeed in their lives because those people won’t have a positive outlook towards their failure.

2. When failure turns out to be a best friend

Heart Power = Brain Power

Self-confidence is a fuel that is capable of converting failure into success. A person who believes in himself never loses the battle. There are a handful of people who have an optimistic attitude towards humiliation, mean comments, wicked laughter, and negativity. When others are busy laughing at their failure, these people try to learn from their mistakes and put their energies into doing hard work. They are laying the foundation to build a successful empire. Failure is like an unripe fruit, which needs patience and time to become a ripe (success). Only an optimistic person gets a chance to see applause from his/her big critics.

Conclusion -:

Coal can be mutated into a diamond when subjected to high temperature and high pressure. In the same way, an unsuccessful person can become successful through hard work, patience, and self-confidence. Determination is the first step towards destination.
